12 Week Programs

Nutrition

I will have you send me your current stats (height, weight, age, etc.) and a front, profile, and back picture immediately after you sign up for my program. Once you have full access to my private app, and based on your goals and starting point, I will then go to work on breaking down your daily caloric needs and macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbs) to customize your personal nutrition plan.  I will give you a grocery list of approved foods so we can give you good variety and, most importantly, stick to the plan!

LET ME DO THE MATH FOR YOU!!!  Many try to guess their macros and are flying blind!  NUTRITION IS 60% OF YOUR SUCCESS AT A MINIMUM!  YOU CAN’T OUTWORK A BAD DIET.  If your goal is weight loss, for example, we have to put you on a caloric deficit to lose those unwanted lbs and body fat!  You can work out 7 days a week, but if you are not in this deficit, you will not lose the fat.   On the other hand, if your goal is to gain muscle and get stronger we will have to get you on a caloric surplus.  Once, your nutrition plan is congruent with your fitness goals, the RESULTS will happen!

The next step is ACCOUNTABILITY!!!  I will send you instructions on how to link a tracking app to my app for food intake per day so that I can see what you are doing and coach you accordingly.  The key is having a variety of foods to choose from so you can stick to the plan with my help on daily accountability.

I DON’T DO FAD DIETS!  The fitness industry is saturated with diets that cannot be long-term and therefore yield only temporary results.

I will then send you your meal plans and coach you daily/weekly!
