I am Ryan Montgomery, founder of Montgomery Fitness and YOUR coach to becoming the best you possible and reaching your fitness goals, wants, and needs.

I started my career as a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in 2004 at the age of 19.

I have helped hundreds of clients from all walks of life and from ages 8 to 88 years old!

How I Transformed My Life

The reason I started my personal fitness journey was the pain of dealing with a negative self-image and overall lack of confidence due to bullying through my pre-teens and much of my teenage years by bigger kids at school and living in a rough neighborhood. I was teased for being a “pretty boy” and the “skinny skater boy” by the jocks at my school, and I was constantly humiliated! So, I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES! I know what it is like to not be comfortable in your own skin and what it feels like to lack confidence.

Through much trial and error, I transformed my body completely by putting on over 45 pounds of solid, lean muscle and mastering the art of Muay Thai kickboxing, and learned submission wrestling. Now, I can’t walk into a grocery store or a gas station without someone acknowledging me with comments like “Hey, man! Are you in the WWE, or are you a professional bodybuilder?” Fitness has changed my whole life, and it has provided me with a very rewarding career helping others to transform!

This 12-week program is based on PROVEN cutting-edge muscle-building and fat-burning science that is customized to your specific fitness goals, wants, and needs.

What is Included?

Workout Calendar

Each week we will discuss your upcoming schedule based on what days you are available to train. Once we figure out what days work best for you (around family life and work schedule etc), I will build and upload your customized workouts to your calendar on my private app.

 Video-Guided Workouts

With your workout calendar set up, you can then open and follow the workouts down to every single set on my app. Each exercise will be listed from top to bottom in order for you to complete with exact reps, sets, rest time, and even a video-guided instructional video that demonstrates each exercise.

You then just simply log the workout you do on each set and you can compete with last week’s numbers!

I will also tell you what cardio exercise to do and the duration. We will figure out your exact Target Heart Rate Zone (THR) for fat-burning optimization! You can literally do cardio in half the time that someone not in their THR does and burn even more body fat.

WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO GUESS WORK from the time you walk into the gym until the workout is complete.

MEASURING YOUR PROGRESS

During the initial onboarding process, I will send you instructions on how to upload your monthly progress pictures to see that fat is being burned and muscle is being gained! Pictures don’t lie, and they are a great way to TRACK YOUR PROGRESS and STAY MOTIVATED.

After the initial pics are sent on day one of your fitness journey, I will have you submit follow-up progress pictures every 4 weeks. I will also send you instructions on how to take and submit circumference measurements every 4 weeks so we can track inches lost from head to toe! If your waist is getting smaller and the muscle groups you want to build are gaining: YOU ARE WINNING!!
